I had a fantastic experience buying my car from Matt. Matt is very knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. He answered all of my questions clearly and even provided additional information that I wouldn't never have thought of which really when when making a decision to buy the car. Matt never made me feel pressured to make a decision.
The entire process—from the first phone call to buying the car was smooth and straightforward.
What really stood out to me was Matt's commitment to customer satisfaction. There were a few minor cosmetic issues and without hesitation, he agreed fix the issues.
I'm extremely happy with my new car and the overall service I received. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable car-buying experience. I'll definitely be coming back for future purchases!

Matt was so helpful and personable throughout the whole process. His communication was clear and prompt, and he made every effort to showcase the car at a time that was convenient for me (I work 9-5 so weekends and evenings were all I could do). The car itself was presented in an exemplary condition, with service, wash, and clean before viewing - and wash/clean again before sale.
Matt's knowledge of the car was fantastic and he offered a 3 months warranty, which helped give me peace of mind. He even checked in a day and a week after sale to ask if I had any questions about the car. Matt made the part-exchange process really straighforward, which was helpful as I had never done this before.
I really appreciated Matt's approach, in which he offers integrity, transparency, high-standards, and and a relaxed approach which is so valuable in an industry where trust isn't guaranteed.

At first I was a bit hesitant about going with an independent dealer but after just buying a car from him (Vauxhall Corsa 2016), I can honestly say I felt in far better hands then I ever have with a dealership. From the first communication Matt was a really helpful and kind person who made the process so easy and flexible for me. He took the initiative to change the timing chain (crucial part of the car) before putting it on the market as he genuinely wanted to set me up with a car that wasn't going to give me problems where a main dealership would just try and plaster over the cracks so a car lasts just past the 3 month warranty. He is very responsive by phone and checked up on me 24 hours after the sale to make sure everything was going well. He was very transparent about the cars short comings (very few- just a couple scuffs on the paintwork) as yet again, he didn't want to sell a problem. He was very happy to let me test drive as long as I needed to be sure the car was right. Despite being an independent seller he is a registered company so he has to comply by the consumer rights act, meaning you get more reassurance then the shady warranties dealerships give you anyway. Overall if you want a good car from a great bloke, go with Matt.

Matt was fantastic throughout and I’m very happy with my new car.
Matt fielded every single question I had with a great answer and kept me informed. He delivered on everything he said he would and turned round the car as soon as he could. For example there was a dent and he got that sorted with a few days and got it serviced
I viewed the car on Sunday and agreed the sale there and then.
He really went above and beyond and was very professional.
I don’t remember the last time I left a Google review but I was really pleased to deal with Matt and I wish him and his business all the luck and success for the future.
